I think it's good the judge annulled it. Because you know that the neanderthal she married would have blamed everything from dinner being late to the kid getting a C in math on her lying about being a virgin before he proposed. Her life would have been shit because of the absence of an inch-square piece of membrane he intended to destroy anyway.

If the guy absolutely HAD to have a virgin, could not live without knowing he was the only man who ever had sex with his bride, it is better that she be allowed to find a more progressive man. You of course know the problem here: there are two basic ways to determine whether a woman has a hymen. Since we don't bring speculums to bed with us, that means HE is no longer a virgin. Oops.

I have a bizarre question: is it possible to take a woman's virginity, assuming she had a hymen at that time, without realizing you did it?
