24. It is depressing that
the policy differs so little from candidate to candidate. Obama did acknowledge the existence of RW paramilitary thugs and put them on a list of things that should not be. and it didn't sound as absolutist as has been the case coming out of the State Dept. for so long. It's not much, but perhaps there's places to build on...
