It's already designed to benefit Bush's cronies at ADM, Monsanto, etc. You see, this money is going to be spent buying American grain, thus transferring public tax monies to private corporations at inflated prices to help other countries.

I'm not against fighting hunger, but not in this manner. This isn't offering up surplus grains, or anything like that, this is forced payment of private corporations. Also, the inflated prices that this money will pay for will do nothing but drive grain and other such commodity prices up some more. Thus we'll get hit twice, through our taxes and higher food prices.
