Do you have a problem comprehending what I am saying?  I had said: >"I know how many people in the back speak Spanish, but the English speaking workers are not required to speak it. We try to speak it, in order to communicate with our co-workers. And those co-workers usually try to speak English in order to communicate with us."<And then you said: >"So you admit you try to speak English to you co-workers. Why are you treating the co-worker with less respect than the Customer?"<I just said that we try to speak Spanish to our Mexican co-workers and you accuse me of treating them with less respect? OMG
