3. Okay so....
A guy walks in bristling with weaponry ready to kill the church goers.

A security guard was unwilling to stop him and a normal civilian church goer offers to stop the MURDERER.

The civilian guy isn't given a gun, takes a bullet which could have killed him and is then kicked out of his church for complaining about the wimp of a security guard?

Is this basically what happened?

When there is a guy carrying a gun, who looks ready to kill people and you're a security guard and you're the ONLY PERSON EVEN REMOTELY EQUIPPED at that moment to stop them, YOU STOP THEM or die trying. If you're too scared to do it and the guy next to you says give me the gun and I will. YOU DO IT.

I can just imagine being on a hijacked plane full of people like that security guard or those church goers and ending up dying by running into a building because they were too afraid to save their own lives.

Passengers: That's okay, we WANT it to sink!
