9. Whoa
people keep saying "put someone in the hospital". The white student that was beaten was treated and RELEASED.

The problem is that when the same beating happened to a black student by white students, they were all let off, except one, who was charged with misdemeanor assault and given probation. Doesn't Robert Bailey deserve the same justice as Justin Barker?

How is that not racism?
