3. Diplomatic Crisis

So if the Iraqi congress goes on vacation as scheduled, George Bush is going to have to miss his....even Karl Rove is having a hard time explaining how the Congress of Iraq AND the President of the Free World are both on vacation in the middle of a war. Rove is used to explaining one or the other, but not both at the same time.
