He is busy doing Halliburton Business, who has time to mind the shop operations. Plus can you even imagine the list of unsavory characters whom must darken his doorway. Creepy. Yeah, he's runnin' his own business and we can just mind ours. If he were ever to be fully given oversight, I'll wager he never does any actual Washington duties. He's busing using the second highest office in the land to secure mighty no-bid contracts for GOP loyalist Companies. Betcha! A million dollars. George is just his Ass puppet. And is that hand ever up there high.
