22. What should he have done? Is there a higher court than the SCOTUS?
Very bogus criticism.

Gore fought all the way to the Supreme Court. Not only that, but the Constitution says the Electoral College must meet by a certain date and that date had arrived.

The SCOTUS' decision is final in this land of laws. Gore's ONLY option was to concede .... unless you're saying he should have called for a mass citizen revolt? Not a very responsible suggestion, wouldn't you agree?

Let's just dispell the "Gore should have fought on" myth once and for all. It's getting very tiresome.
