Would you say that the fact that some Muslims turned out "good" was not a result of their faith, but rather in spite of it? If you did, do you think people would accuse you of anti-Muslim bias,and, if so, do you think they would be justified in doing so?

I could count the number of Christians I've met who are anti-science on one hand. They are, in my entire life experience, the extreme exception rather than the rule.
