76. Some of it most certainly is going to those who need help
I have a few friends who went down early and have been back since. There are many horrible tales, true enough; but there are also good stories of decent people helping those in need.
I would guess your contributions are helping the libraries, the day-care centers and schools and those resources are not going to benefit the rich primarily.
