64. Republicans' use of the filibuster
prove him absolutely right.

The Dems didn't use it once when they were in the minority. Now republicans have on a NON BINDING resolution, which means they will on just about anything else.

It's also been seemingly impossible to keep Dems in line with regards to many votes - often times you have turncoats like Landreiu and Nelson (NE), that go the other way.

Though in the case of the Iraq war debate, I don't think any Dems switched over, unless you consider Lieberman a dem.
