33. I think we are seeing the tip of a plan
Cheney gave Iraq to Saudi Arabia at the meeting earlier this week. In exchange, they get to meter the oil out of the ground and in turn have to defend Iraq from itself and from Iran. Saudi Arabia gets more oilfields that aren't yet pumping at capacity.
