This Drudge story is part of the spin - to make it obvious Charlie was a spook and that Dean is thereby "tainted" for lefties.

It's bullshit. Nice try, but it won't work. If anything it makes Dean look like MORE of an American hero: Dean's brother DIED for his country around the same time as Bush Hides FROM his country.
