because if you keep putting it out there, some terrorists are gonna do just what you're taunting them to do. Tone down the rhetoric, Dickhead.

Note that Dick is taking over the justification of the war for Chimpy who just can't seem to explain it well to the people. Maybe Chimp is feeling the pinch of public scrutiny and asked Darth to take over?

LOL, "It had a guy running it" sounds like Dickhead is referring to BushCo, Inc. and their Persian Gulf I and II wars, not just Saddam as Darth would have it.
