14. Well, yes, it's tripled.

Their return on capital employed has nearly tripled since 2002, from 13.5% to 33.9%. And their net profit went from $11 billion to $36 billion during the same period.

I'm curious. When oil hit $50/barrel and oil companies stopped having to pay royalties on Gulf oil, do you think they cut their asking price by the amount of the royalty?
