This guy was killing his own countrymen. No way this is anything but murder. He could have picked up a gun and fought like a man. This is no different than if we were to begin summarily executing suspected insurgents, on the spot.

As for nerve gas you may want to read up. Nerve agents are terrain denial weapons. They leave a chemical fingerprint. It is pretty easy to find organophosphate chemical traces months after they have been used. Your claim is not based in reality. If you watched the raw feeds from falluja you would see plenty of dogs running around eating crap, including corpses. They would be dead from any nerve agent in our arsenal.

WP is a weapon of war. When you go to war you kill people. I see no distinction in WP, or being killed by an IED. Dead is dead.

Should we be there, no.

If you want to be tinfoil hatty you can see that the oil production from Iraq has DROPPED thus raising the price of crude. Maybe that was the plan...
