8. One way we could reform the UN... for the USA to cough up the nearly $1bn in unpaid dues it owes so that the UN could afford to do its job. Another would be if the member nations didn't send the UN on impossible missions, with little equipment and no mandate. A third would be if the UN was actually representative of all its members, and not just the cozy club of "great powers" that manipulate its agenda for their own ends.
