35. Hugo Chavez
is most probably NOT planning to go with Cindy Sheehan to Crawford. He's just teasing Bush. Remember, when he called Bush "a clown with lipstick"? At the last Council of the Americas, Chavez told people he was going to "sneak up on Bush and scare him".

He has made lots of threats, mostly in a joking manner.

Chavez is completely committed to his people in Venezuela. He knows that if he were to be assassinated, things could go very badly for his people. Chavez loves stirring up stuff, though.

Just to keep Bush on his toes.....
