...which users looked at what, if they use the right software. Even if they don't, its just alot more work but it CAN be done. I have done it on corporate networks. Repeatedly. And had people get fired, and made it through the subsequent lawsuits.

Don't let anyone tell you it can't be done. It can, and I have done it. Not willingly, but when compelled and told "it's your job or his/hers". Well, I and my kids have to eat, too.
