36. Guest Workers will, by definition, continue to work for slave wages.
The problem with "regular" undocumented workers is that they might stay here long enough to want a piece of the pie. They'll want to be paid better, have job choice, buy homes & raise their children to go for the American dream.

Surely, special "restrictions" could be placed on the guest workers. Should they be allowed to bring their wives? Should any children born here become US citizens? Wouldn't a truly permanent underclass be more useful to the bosses?
