72. From Tom Paine's MaxSpeak
September 16, 2005
BUSH OBTAINS FINANCING FOR GULF COAST RECONSTRUCTION

President George W. Bush announced that no new taxes would be required to finance the immense costs of the reconstruction of the Gulf Coast. Appearing with him were his new investment partners; on the left is Comrade Zhou Xiaochuan, Governor of the Peoples Bank of China, and on the right is Toshihiko Fukui, Governor of the Bank of Japan.

"This borrowing will have to be serviced by future generations, long after my term has ended," Bush said with a chuckle.

Governor Zhou said, "Young Proletarians! We of the Peoples Republic of China salute your resolute commitment to pay interest for the rest of your lives to finance our glorious communist-capitalist revolution!"
