Picturertrail if they are your own photos. Otherwise, hold down your cursor (or right click) to copy the photo URL (if it's on the 'net) and paste it into your post.

Example: do Google image search (in this case "polar bear") click on an image you like, then click on the "view image " option. The url will appear like this:
http://www.calacademy.org/science_now/headline_science/ images/Banerjee_PolarBear_350w. jpg

(I put spaces in it so the image did not appear). Unaltered, the url comes up as:
