they do not happen? Or if it was ordered by a officer they do not exist? I can almost guarantee you the person getting it does not care who was the perpetrator. I am not sure but you seem to suggest this does not happen. So if the ones torturing Iraqi's were not being ordered to do so by command it is bullshit and therefore is not true? Please help out a little here. The act itself should not be trivialized.
