I'd still like to see the Gannett News story and link, as referenced in the original post of this thread, but just doing a Google on one's own brings up troubling results.

Just pick through any of these "letters to the editor" and choose a line. Run it with parentheses (exact phrase search) through Google, and prepare to be amazed.

Mindblowing. Shocking. Every day sheds more light on the pro-war spin...

We need to start our own letter-to-the-editor campaign about this very topic.

MAJOR kudos to Ledyard King for doing the legwork on this story. I wonder what it was that tipped him off? That's some excellent journalism, Mr. King.

As another suggestion to get the truth out on this story, I think Keith Olbermann is the kind of guy who would be all over this. Let's start sending our own letters.
