That is exactly TWO MINUTES after polls closed. Zero percent reporting. This is disgusting.

Another thing, Prop 54 going down two to one. That means the Dems did come out in droves. How could they have voted down Prop 54 and voted for the recall in same proportion? This does not make sense!!
