Gee Dubya's numbers dropped before, yet enough of the neo-booboisie turned out to elect him without the need for him to turn again to the Supreme Court.

I'd believe that the American electorate is finally wising up only after a lot of Republicans legislators have to start packing up their stuff after the 2006 elections.
