129. Well, it's not easy to say.
Some big shots who know what is possible and realistic have to step up to help.

From my tiny little view, the only thing I can see is that we have to bring in some people (the UN) who already know how to handle these things. A multi-national force to stabilize as best as possible until infrastructure, both physical and political, can be established. Heck, NATO is STILL running Kosovo. These things take a long time! Is the US going to stick this out alone for 10 years under present circumstances? A horrible thought.

The Arab League should also step up and help out. Unfortunately, shrub will not allow any outside assistance because he will not be able to set up a government to his liking, or hand out contracts to the BFEE. We gotta get rid of shrub or this will be a nightmare for 10 more years at least. Somebody else (Dean!) can come in and change the plan and make it right.
