we've never (to my knowledge) established as FACT the notion that statutory rape puts one on an offender list. There are people here at DU who keep making that argument, but haven't coughed up any proof.

I challenged one of them. Let's see if we get the documentation. In the meantime, I can tell you that of the sexual registries I glanced at, they were on them for pretty bad offenses. YOU wouldn't want to be around them, let alone any children you cared about.
