45. More Strykers
and fewer Humvees in the future was what I heard at some committee hearing. It was during the budget hearings when a senator, describing the need for more $$ for armor, etc. The reply was that the military was up to speed with the amour and was now looking to spend more on the Stryker. The amendment was voted down.
