43. But...
Cheney is among the driving forces of the neocon agenda. Bush doesn't know shit about any of that. He just reads what is handed to him. Sans Cheney, the neocons would be set back quite a bit. This would be a huge victory for peace, prosperity, diplomacy, and civil liberties.
