14. The Nanny theory falls way flat!
How can anyone believe that an administration which has so arrogantly abbrogated the Geneva Convention, not to mention the US Constitution and Bill of Rights, with their self-serving theory that in Terra-ist times, the president has absolute power, would back off because of one illegal immigrant. If they can justify torturing people. why the hell would they hesitate to dismiss any issue of household help as being inconsequential. And you know their media cronies would have supported that position entirely. No, no, no - Bush was afraid that some REALLY bad facts about Kerik were going to surface. I suspect it had to do with his aborted assignment in Iraq. Because no one ever gave an explanation for his abrupt and premature departure from that much bally-hooed assignment.
