8. What does that mean for Ohio's Provisional Ballots???
This seems to mean that Kerry caught up around 2,000-3,000 votes based on the Provisional Ballots in Iowa.

Now... Ohio has LOTS more ballots to review... but not THAT many. Ohio's voting population is 3-4 times that of Iowa. Does that imply that the RWers are correct in assuming we're only going to pick up around 10,000 of the 135,000 we need?

What factors would make Ohio's stock of provisional ballots substantially different from Iowa's?
