And Justice For
None

To my fellow Democrats who are mad about having their vote
stolen: this is for you.
I am a 55 year old female, a Florida native, and have voted
in every election since 1966. When the U. S. Supreme court
voted 5 to 4 to stop the count, democracy died. It was a shot
in the heart, and felt by every dmocrat in this land. I am
very sorry that Florida was ground zero for the greatest injustice
ever perpetrated on a group of voters.
Justices Rehnquist, Scalia, O'Connor, Thomas, Kennedy, Governor
Jeb Bush and our newly selected president, "W", this is for
you. My protest will be coming by mail, in the form of a jury
summons. When it arrives I will not be taking myself down
to the court house to serve the judicial system that failed
me so miserably - I will not serve.
Whoa! You say you could go to jail. Yep, I could go to jail,
but I have lost confidence in the judicial system and don't
feel much like a citizen. I have no vote and democracy is
dead.
Now that I have your attention, let's get down to the nitty
gritty. When the judge asks you to put aside your prejudices
and preconceived notions, will you be able to do that? I think
not! The Supreme Court Justices did not do that for us. Nobody
loves the crinkle of poster board and the smell of majic markers
better than me, but this is not getting us very far.
We need to get them by the short hairs. Do you realize we
have the power to shut down the judicial system in ths state?
If you eliminate half the jury pool in this state by taking
away all of the African American Democrats, the Democratic
Senior Citizens, and the Democratic Jewish voters out of the
jury pool, what are you left with? Rich White Republicans.
No justice there.
Think about what I have said and make up your own mind. We
can do this if we all stick together. This situations
calls for extreme measures. The Supreme Court, Governor Bush,
"W", and the news media will all sit up and take notice.
My personal goals are:
1. To have the five Supreme Court Justices impeached, thrown
out of office on their asses. No retirement, no bennies.
2. Jeb Bush out of the governor's office and back in Texas.
He can take Katherine Harris with him.
3. I want "W" out of Al Gore's house.
Enough said. I'm out of here for now.
