1. Do you quit the browser at the same time? Mine is set to delete the cache and cookies at that time.

It might help more than logging in and out if you have a lot there. I seldom log out if I have a problem, I quit the browser to clear everything and then log back in. Sometimes they are full of things from other sites I'm using other than DU. Good luck.
