It does nothing for hosts. Hosts can't lock for those reasons.

However the community may think twice about posting misogynistic and sexist posts if it were spelled out more clearly in TOS. And then admin will PPR posters who are doing this. Not just waiting until it falls into homophobia, which it eventually does, but until then, nothing gets done.

Hope that answers it, or I am completely lost on what you are asking....
