Look at his wiki page and you will discover he Is republican you can agree on some things with.
He has gaven money to a democrat In the past.He admitted when Unforgiven was up for oscars he voted for Perot.
He also went on record as being against the recall In California. He has never been Impressed with the Bushes. He wasn't wild
about Bush In 2000,and he wasn't a supporter of the Iraq war although he didn't want to attack Bush publicly.
The last time he actully publicly campagined for a republican was Nixon. While he admited he donated money and voted for Mccain
he called Obama his president too.Unlike Norris or Stallone he has never supported Birther movements. And has never been gungho
about Military action like Willis.
Look at some of his films. They aren't always beloved by right wingers. Some on far right didn't like Sudden Impact since he had
a rape victim hunt down her rapists. He also directed a film showing japanese point of view during world War II.He directed a film
with Morgan freeman as Nelson mandela as major character. His film on Hoover does show negative side of Hoover while some might
say it doesn't go far enough but considering he Is technical a republican It Is amazing.
If you are going to watch a Republican action star In past films you should watch Eastwood.
