His problem in FL is the 250,000 Puerto Ricans who have moved to Central Fl along the I-4 corridor over the last decade. They have already assured Grayson a seat in Congress and likely will hand Obama the win.

Rubio does not help with the Puerto Rican vote. He helps with the Cuban expatriots, but they were voting Republican anyway.
