And, they have stated by way of their statewide association (and its attorney) that they have no intention of doing so.

So perhaps he might have some rogue official in a few locales that do so, but I just don't see how he would be able to do more than that. I put nothing past these cretins and I am certainly not naive, but how is he going to effect this?
