9. So, if the woman doesn't conceive two weeks after becoming pregnant,

does that mean she gets to remain pregnant for a whole month before she conceives again?
How many times does she get to do that?
What special benefits and privileges will she get to claim for being pregnant before conception?
Can she keep claiming government services and benefits if she doesn't conceive according to the law?
