My sister sprung for the tent, as a wedding present. The soiree' was held at the old family farm - formerly my grandparents, now owned by a consortium of relatives. We bought the meat and 2 kegs, all the rest of the food was potluck. Hiring a hall is not the best plan for this crew - hyperactive kids, bikers, semi-pro tailgaters, racers, hillbillies, aunties and old folks. One of the best things we did - rented the champagne fountain with the tent, filled it up with lemonade 'n ice so the kids of all ages could stay hydrated! I'm told it mixed well, too.
