You imply that these details are available, why are they not discussed, you ask. Why not provide a link to those specifics? The OP failed to do so.
Or you could simply offer your own metrics and standards as to which of the elderly and sick and poor are in your eyes suited for a benefit cut.
Or you could just stammer in wonder that no one is discussing that which is unknown.
