and I am still not sure that the President won't offer a bad deal that Boehner can put on the floor that the democrats will carry with 25 or so Rs, then it will depend on Boehner.

IF he has the courage to put a straight bill out there that restores the rates for the lower 98%, it would get the dems and enough Rs.
