and taxed at a lower rate. It will all be taxed as income, as it should be.

I'm no plutocrat, I'm in the mid 5 figures in income. However, I can afford the increase. If paying it means the fat cats end up paying more and the Pentagon gets its first cut in too many years, I'll be thrilled to pay it.
