we had the following Obama vs. Robme precinct totals in predominantly black precincts:

1904-8

1956-9

1910-33

1312-21

1270-5

1263-12

And some of these neighborhoods are old white neighborhoods where there was "white flight" in the past 20-30 years. Some of the older white people have never left which is where most of Robme's votes come from. Comparing that to the inner city of Philly, it's easy to see why there would no Repig votes in multiple precincts.
