They are customer service friendly for the most part, sometimes you have to hang up and try another representative. In my instance, I needed to downsize our phones and service plan when my husband lost his job. The first rep claimed it wasn't possible, the second rep helped me figure out how to get two older model phones free of charge and cut our monthly bill from $170.00 to $79.00 per month. I also like the round up to the nearest dollar, five dollar or ten dollar option as a way to donate money to causes I believe in. Once per year we vote via paper or online ballot which causes/organizations we (customers) support and CREDO throws the collected donations to the causes with the most votes.
