So some republican governors are stomping their feet and refusing to set up state health exchanges. Fine, the feds will get to set them up instead and the rates will probably be cheaper. They will also probably open up Medicare and other federal plans to other workers. This will be an even quicker path to a public option.

Republicans are such dopes.
