seem to suggest he got caught with his pants down,
on live TV, talking gibberish, and sputtering his
disbelief at what was happening. "WTF? This CAN'T
BE HAPPENING!"

Rove's fix was in alright, but something intervened to
"true the vote" despite his despicable felonious shenanigans.
