Where were the votes lower? That's what will be interesting to examine. Was it in solid blue states? Swing states? Red states? Even across the board? That's what's curious. If it turns out the vote was up in swings but down in solids, that's a shame, but makes sense. Was it in New York and New Jersey? Could be because of the storm. Was it in Florida and Ohio, where voter suppression tactics were insanely obvious?

I don't know. But I hope they take a look at that.
