It will paint the GOP into a corner that will take them 20 years to recover from.
If GOP obstructs, they can kiss the Latino vote goodbye. If they go along, they lose the teabaggers.
And, as a bonus the Democrats can work on approving Puerto Rico's statehood vote.

Fuck bipartisanship. Kick em in the balls while they're down. Prosecute their election thieves. Hit them on all sides until they become an irrelevent regional party.
